Most agency websites ask you to take their word for it. This page is built the other way around. Everything below is either a public record you can look up yourself, a profile on a site we do not control, or a system you can test in under a minute from your own phone.
Three checks that take five minutes

1. Call us and listen
Dial (916) 618-0502 at any hour, including 2am on a Sunday. An AI receptionist answers, asks what you need and books time. This is not a sandbox demo. It is our main business line, and every call we might lose runs through it.
Why it matters. We sell this exact system, and our own revenue runs through it before yours ever does.
2. Look up the company
Search the California Secretary of State business register for entity B20250033459. You will find IGGO, LLC, registered 18 March 2025, which trades as IG Digital Lab. Our federal EIN is on file and we hand it over on request for procurement or vendor onboarding.
3. Read the policies
Open the Terms and the Privacy Policy. The legal name, address, phone number and email there match everything on this page.

What we run in production on ourselves
These are the systems we run our own business on, and you can test every one of them.
An AI receptionist on our own main line
Live since June 2026 on (916) 618-0502. It answers every call around the clock, works out what the caller needs, writes a structured summary and a full transcript into our systems, and follows up when a call drops. No voicemail, no after-hours gap.

The platform underneath it
Multi-tenant, built by us: provisioning of assistants and phone numbers, per-client call journal, and cost-versus-revenue reporting pulled from the carrier's billing API rather than estimated from a spreadsheet.
Why it matters to you: when we quote a per-minute price, we already know our own margin to the cent. That is why the number does not move after you sign.
This website
No CMS, no page builder, no theme. Hand-written HTML served by our own application, deployed from a pinned commit onto infrastructure we administer, behind more than 1,800 automated checks that run before anything ships.

Are you affiliated with any other company that uses "IG" in its name?
No. IG Digital Lab is an independent software and AI automation agency in Sacramento, California, not affiliated with any other company using the initials IG or the name IG Labs. We are a separate business, registered in California as IGGO, LLC (see check #2 above).
Who owns IG Digital Lab?
IGGO, LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as IG Digital Lab. Igor Golubev is the founder and AI Systems Architect. No parent company, no franchise, no outside investors.
How do I verify this is a real company before I hire you?
Use the three checks at the top of this page: call the phone number, look up the entity on the California Secretary of State business register, and read the machine-readable version of this site. All three are things you can do yourself in under five minutes, without taking our word for anything.
