Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 20, 2026
We want igdigi.com and firstreply.igdigi.com to work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, voice control or screen magnification.
Our standard
We build and test both sites against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. Based on the testing described below, completed on October 20, 2026, igdigi.com and firstreply.igdigi.com conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA, except for the content listed under "Content we do not control".
What is in place
- Every page has a "Skip to content" link, a main landmark and headings that follow the structure of the page.
- Everything works with a keyboard. Menus open and close with Enter and Escape, the focus outline is always visible, and focus never ends up hidden behind the header, the menu or the cookie notice.
- Text and controls meet the WCAG contrast ratios. Links inside text are underlined, so you do not need to tell them apart by color.
- When a form has a problem, the message names the field and says how to fix it, and screen readers announce it.
- The scrolling row of logos on the home page has a Pause button, and animation stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages fit a screen 320 pixels wide and keep working with larger text and wider text spacing.
- The sample PDF on our RightForms case study is tagged for screen readers.
How we test
On October 20, 2026 we checked every page of both sites at desktop and phone widths with:
- two automated engines, axe-core and IBM Equal Access, running the WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules;
- a contrast check that measures the rendered page, including text over images and gradients;
- a keyboard-only pass through every page template;
- a review of what screen readers receive, from the browser's accessibility tree and a virtual screen reader.
Automated checks for the most common problems also run before every change to the site goes live. We have not yet held a session with a person using NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver, and automated tools cannot judge everything. If something does not work for you, please tell us.
Content we do not control
- Paying an invoice opens a payment page run by Stripe.
- The map on our Sacramento page is an embedded Google map. Our address is also written on the page as text: 3550 Watt Ave, Suite 408, Sacramento, CA 95821.
Known limitations
- The live FirstReply demo on firstreply.igdigi.com is a voice conversation and needs a microphone. The conversation appears as a text transcript while it happens. Each demo call lasts up to four minutes, and you can start a new one right away. If you cannot use voice, email us and we will show you how it works another way.
Tell us about a problem
If a page or a document does not work for you, email hello@igdigi.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line, or call (916) 618-0502. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We usually reply within two business days, and we can give you the same information another way: by email, as a plain text document or on a call.
IG Digital Lab is the trade name of IGGO, LLC, 3550 Watt Ave, Suite 408, Sacramento, CA 95821. Every page of the site is listed on our site map.
