IG Digital Lab is a service brand of IGGO, LLC, 3550 Watt Ave, Suite 408, Sacramento, CA 95821. Use the form below to send us a request. If you also want text updates about that request, tick the separate box under the form. The box is optional: without it we answer by email and send no texts.
The text-message program
- Program name: IG Digital Lab text messages. Sender: IG Digital Lab (IGGO, LLC), from (916) 618-0502.
- What we send: a confirmation that we received your request, reminders about a call or meeting we scheduled with you, and follow-up about that request. One to one, about your own request only.
- How you agree: by ticking the unchecked box under the form above. The same box, with the same wording, sits at the bottom of the contact form on other pages of igdigi.com. If you text us first, we reply in that conversation only; texting us does not sign you up for anything else.
- How often: message frequency varies, typically one or two messages per request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, set by your mobile carrier.
- Stop: reply STOP at any time (CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END and QUIT also work). We send one confirmation and then no more texts. Reply START to subscribe again.
- Help: reply HELP, email hello@igdigi.com, or call (916) 618-0502.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information: see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our telephony provider, Telnyx LLC, handles your number only to deliver texts on our behalf.
