Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice to existing clients.
Our services include AI-powered chatbots and automated response systems on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. By initiating a conversation with us on any platform, you acknowledge and consent to receiving automated AI-generated responses.
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful AI responses, artificial intelligence systems may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. AI responses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
You may request to speak with a human representative at any time by typing "HUMAN" or "AGENT" in any conversation. We will make reasonable efforts to connect you with a team member during business hours.

We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate access to our AI services for any user who violates these terms, sends inappropriate content, or abuses our systems. Violations may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
We use Telnyx LLC as our exclusive third-party provider to deliver phone calls and text messages, including our AI voice assistant (which uses Anthropic's Claude language model, billed to us through Telnyx). By using our services, you acknowledge that your phone number and communications may be processed by Telnyx on our behalf.
Calls to our main business line may be recorded. Recording starts only after a spoken notice at the beginning of the call, as California's two-party consent law (Cal. Penal Code § 632) requires. We also keep a text transcript, an AI-generated summary, and call metadata. See our Privacy Policy for details.
IG Digital Lab sends one-to-one text messages from our business number, (916) 618-0502, about a person's own inquiry: replies to texts they send us, confirmations of a call-back or consultation, appointment reminders, and follow-up on the inquiry. Messages are limited to those listed here, and this program covers IG Digital Lab's own messages only.
Message frequency varies, typically one or two messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Text messages are different: providing your phone number is not consent to receive them. We send texts only after the separate opt-in described below.
We send you text messages only after you tick the separate checkbox, which is not pre-checked and not required, in the contact form at igdigi.com/sms-opt-in. The same checkbox, with the same wording, sits in the contact form on other pages of igdigi.com. By ticking it you agree to receive text messages from IG Digital Lab (IGGO, LLC dba IG Digital Lab) at the number you gave us. If you text our number first, we reply in that conversation only; texting us does not sign you up for other messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

To get help, reply "HELP" or contact hello@igdigi.com or (916) 618-0502. Once you opt out, we send one confirmation and no further messages. Reply "START" to subscribe again.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Telnyx LLC, our contracted telephony provider, handles your number only to deliver calls and texts on our behalf. The inquiry form passes your name, phone number and text-message choice to our team through Telegram, which handles them only to run this program on our behalf; the analytics and advertising tools on our pages do not receive your phone number or your choice.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by IG Digital Lab or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without express written permission. Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise specified in individual agreements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IG DIGITAL LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING OUR SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IG Digital Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
