Who I am

I am Igor Golubev, founder of IG Digital Lab in Sacramento, California, and the systems architect on our team. I have been building websites and IT systems since 2012, and for the last few years the work has narrowed to one thing: taking the AI that companies bolt onto the side of a business and moving it inside the process instead.

That distinction is the whole job. Most companies end up with a chatbot somewhere and a person who has to remember to use it. What actually changes a week is a chain that runs without being remembered: the call gets answered, the details land in the CRM, the appointment goes on the calendar, the follow-up goes out, and a human only sees the parts that need judgment.

What I build

Our team ships seven kinds of work, and most projects are two or three of them at once. Custom software for the process no product on the market fits. Websites and web apps the client owns outright at the end. AI for calls and chat, the agents that pick up at 2am. AI workflow automation, which is the chain above. Servers and support, because something has to run underneath all of it. Devices and smart spaces, the tablets, kiosks and screens. And SEO and AEO, so a business is findable on Google and named by ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews.

I stay hands-on across all of it: the LLM integration, the voice stack, private retrieval over a client's own documents, the automation logic, and the infrastructure and CI/CD keeping it up. I would rather scope one process, put it in production and let it prove itself than sell anyone a platform.

What I run myself

Everything we sell runs here first. The number on this page is answered by a voice agent I built, so the fastest way to audit my work is to call it and see how it handles you. Our own intake, follow-up, scheduling and reporting run on the same automation stack we deploy for clients, on infrastructure we operate rather than rent. Cardloop, the agent platform the company runs on, is open source under MIT and linked below. When something in that stack breaks at 6am, I am the one who finds out first, which is a useful thing to know about a vendor.

How to work with me

Start with the free audit. Thirty minutes, no pitch: describe where people in your business do what software could be doing, and you get back which piece is worth automating first, which piece is not worth touching yet, and roughly what each one costs. If nothing is worth building, that is a normal answer and you will hear it.

Book a time above, call (916) 618-0502, or text the same number. English or Russian, whichever is easier. If it turns into a project, the scope and the price are fixed before a line of code is written. More about the company is on the about page, and what we do locally is on the Sacramento page.
