AI readiness assessment
A free AI readiness assessment: one task, reviewed in writing
Describe one task your team does by hand. Within two business days we email a written review of it: whether AI fits, which tool or build would do the job, what it would cost to build and to run, and which price band the work lands in. It is free, and it needs no call, no visit and no passwords or client data.

A written answer to whether AI fits one task, and what it would take
An AI readiness assessment checks whether a specific task is ready for AI. It looks at whether the data can be reached, whether the systems can be connected, whether the volume justifies a build and whether someone is in place to approve the output. Ours covers one task, arrives as a short document by email and costs nothing.
Some reviews end with a recommendation to build nothing. If a ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini subscription, a feature already in your CRM or a Zapier flow does the job, the review says so, names the tool and stops there. The review is yours to keep either way.
Six things we check for the task you describe
The task and its volume
How often it happens, how long it takes, who touches it and what a mistake costs.
The data and where it lives
Spreadsheets, PDFs, inboxes or a CRM export: what the task reads, what it writes and what needs cleaning first.
Your systems
Whether your CRM, accounting or scheduling software has an API, or the work would have to go through a browser.
Who must approve what
Which steps need a person's sign-off and which the system can finish on its own.
Which model sees which data
The model we would use, the data it would receive and what can stay on your own server.
The cost to build and to run
The price band, the monthly support and the model usage you would pay to the provider.

A written review by email
One document with what we found, the option that fits, the price band and the monthly cost to run.
- Your side
You decide
Nothing to sign. Use the review yourself, give it to another team or ask us to scope the build.
The review costs $0, and the build lands in one of three bands
One workflow running end to end, or one internal tool.
Several systems made to work as one: integrations, roles, reports.
Custom software built from scratch, over a longer schedule.
If you go ahead, the review names the band your task lands in. Support after launch is month to month and optional.
Care $300 to $500 a month. Active $750 to $1,500 a month. AI model usage, GPU time and hardware are paid to the provider, on accounts in your name.
Questions about the review
Is the AI readiness assessment really free?
Yes. The review costs $0 and there is nothing to sign. Each engagement starts with it, and it is useful on its own, including when it tells you not to build.
What do you need from us?
An email address and a description of one task. We do not need passwords, client data or access to your systems. If a sample document would help, we ask for it, and a blank or redacted copy works.
How long does the review take?
You get the written review by email within two business days of sending the form.
Will the review ever say not to build?
Yes, when a cheaper tool does the job. A subscription, a feature in your CRM or a no-code flow is often enough, and the review names it and its limits. We recommend a build only when the task repeats daily and touches your own systems.
Do you assess the whole company?
No, the review covers one task. A price and a timeline mean something only for a defined piece of work. If you have five tasks, send five forms, starting with the one that costs the most hours.
