Data Deletion Instructions

IG Digital Lab ("IGGO, LLC," "we," "our," or "us") is owned and operated by IGGO, LLC, a California limited liability company. This page explains what personal data we may hold about you and how you can request that we delete it. It applies to data we receive when you contact us through our website igdigi.com or submit a lead form on our Facebook or Instagram advertising.

What Data We May Hold

When you submit one of our lead forms or contact forms, we may collect and store:

Contact information — your name, phone number, email address, and city.
Inquiry details — the service or problem you described in the form.
Submission metadata — the date and time of your submission and the campaign it came from.

We use this information solely to respond to your request and provide the services you asked about. We do not sell your personal information.

How to Request Deletion

You can ask us to delete all personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge. To make a request:

So that we can find and remove your records, please include the name and phone number (or email) you originally submitted. We do not require you to create an account or provide any additional information.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will:

Verify the request matches a record in our systems;
Permanently delete your contact information and inquiry details from our customer records and internal notification channels;
Confirm completion by replying to you.

We will complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with a legal obligation.

Data Held by Facebook or Instagram

If you submitted a lead form through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may also retain a copy of your submission within your Meta account. To remove the data stored by Meta, please manage it through your Facebook or Instagram account settings. The instructions above cover deletion of the data held by IG Digital Lab.
