Our services include AI-powered chatbots and automated response systems on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and website chat. By initiating a conversation with us on any platform, you acknowledge and consent to receiving automated AI-generated responses.
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful AI responses, artificial intelligence systems may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. AI responses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
You may request to speak with a human representative at any time by typing "HUMAN" or "AGENT" in any conversation. We will make reasonable efforts to connect you with a team member during business hours.

We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate access to our AI services for any user who violates these terms, sends inappropriate content, or abuses our systems. Violations may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
We use Telnyx LLC as our exclusive third-party provider to deliver phone calls and text messages, including our AI voice assistant (which uses Anthropic's Claude language model, billed to us through Telnyx). By using our services, you acknowledge that your phone number and communications may be processed by Telnyx on our behalf. We do not use Twilio, LeadConnector, or GoHighLevel (GHL) for telephony or SMS.
We do not record or store audio of phone calls. Call recording is intentionally disabled to comply with California's two-party consent law (Cal. Penal Code ยง 632). We retain a text transcript, an AI-generated summary, and call metadata instead, see our Privacy Policy for details.
By providing your phone number or engaging with our services, you consent to:
We enroll you in SMS messaging only after an affirmative opt-in: either (1) verbal consent given during a phone call, where our AI voice assistant asks your permission out loud before texting you, or (2) a separate, unchecked checkbox on our website forms that you actively select. By providing your phone number and completing one of these opt-in actions, you agree to receive messages from IGGO LLC (dba IG Digital Lab) at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency depends on your interactions with us and is generally low, typically one or two messages per inquiry, such as a confirmation and a reminder. We do not send bulk marketing SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving calls or text messages.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. To get help, reply "HELP". Once you opt out, we will cease sending you messages immediately.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS consent information to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is shared only with Telnyx LLC, our contracted telephony provider, solely to deliver the service on our behalf.
If you are a business client using our services to send marketing communications to your contacts, you confirm and warrant that you have obtained proper consent from all recipients for marketing SMS messages and phone calls in compliance with TCPA, CTIA, and all applicable regulations.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by IG Digital Lab or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without express written permission. Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise specified in individual agreements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IG DIGITAL LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING OUR SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IG Digital Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
