📞 We do not record or store audio of your phone calls. Call recording is intentionally disabled in our system configuration in compliance with California's two-party consent law (Cal. Penal Code § 632), which requires the consent of all parties before a call may be recorded. Instead of an audio recording, we retain a text transcript of the conversation, a short AI-generated summary, and call metadata (the calling number, duration, and timestamp).
When you call one of our business phone numbers, your call may be answered by an automated AI voice assistant. Call routing, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech are provided entirely by Telnyx LLC, our telephony provider. The assistant's conversational responses are generated using Anthropic's Claude language model, which is billed to us through Telnyx as part of its AI Assistant platform, we do not have a direct contract or account with Anthropic.
